PCB Assembly

We can assemble your board from a kit of parts or provide a full procurement, assembly and test service. We can assemble surface mount, conventional and any cable connections. We can wind the majority of inductors and transformers to provide an extremely cost effective solution to your assembly needs.

Wound Components

From the smallest of the small to 5kVA, we can provide cost effective winding for your transformer and inductor designs. If you need a bobbin that doesn't exist, we can tool it for you for remarkably little. We can wind in virtually any grade or class of wire and test to your requirements. Pot cores, rod EE, EI, toroid and others in quantities from prototype batches upwards can be catered for. If you are winding your own components or struggling for capacity, then we can often beat your in house costs.

Cable and Harness Assembly

Crimped, soldered, wrapped, clipped or sleeved in bunches, boxes, bags or bundles. Hundreds to millions from stripped wire to complex harness assemblies, with our own cable manufacturing divisions, we can handle your needs accurately and cost effectively.
